THE STUDIO
Koru Pilates welcomes you to our home away from home. Our peaceful studio is situated amongst beautiful and tranquil gardens, surrounded by nature.
Our open and airy space provides natural light, a welcoming breeze and the sound of the birds. It is easy to leave the city behind, as you spend time loving yourself. Our classes accommodate all levels of fitness, with a friendly, intimate and non-judgemental atmosphere.

With a community of beautiful people, that we call family, we believe it is important to come together. From celebrating our authentic selves to interesting and educational workshops, we host casual and classy events filled with passion, enthusiasm, delicious food, music, and great banter!
